How to Play FreeCell Solitaire
1
Understand the Layout
The game starts with 52 cards dealt face-up into eight columns, alongside four open cells at the top left and four foundation piles at the top right.
2
Move and Arrange Cards
Arrange cards in the columns in descending order and alternating colors (e.g., a red 6 on a black 7). You can move single cards to standard columns, open cells, or foundations.
3
Utilize Free Cells
Use the four open cells strategically to temporarily hold cards that are blocking your path in the columns.
4
Build Foundations
Move cards to the four foundation piles starting with Aces, then 2, 3, up to the King, grouped by the same suit to win the game.
